Ingredients:
2 cup Rice flour
1 cup Raagi flour
Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix rice, ragi & salt with water. Batter should be thin (consistency of neeru dosa)
- Heat dosa pan and splatter a spoon full of batter as shown below. Cover it with lid for a min. Then remove the lid; add ghee and cook for a min or two
- Serve hot with chatni or sambar
