Broccoli Cashew Soup

2 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup Cashew

Salt to taste


  • Cook broccoli and cashew until tender
  • Grind together broccoli, cashew and salt into a smooth paste
  • Transfer the puree to a vessel; add water if required and bring it to a boil
  • Serve it hot
